Sony Music Entertainment is reportedly working on an animated series featuring Leo Messi.
Sony Music Entertainment has collaborated with the captain of the Argentinean soccer team, Leo Messi, to produce an animated series, following his triumph at the World Cup in Qatar.
The upcoming series will showcase Messi’s childhood journey as he tackles challenges while traversing through a virtual world. The target audience for the show is children and young adults. Additionally, the series will incorporate unique melodies from artists and composers affiliated with Sony Music Entertainment.
Messi is universally recognized as one of the greatest football players to have ever played the sport, and his exceptional performance in the final of the 2022 World Cup against France only reinforced this belief. He scored two goals in the match and was named the man of the match, solidifying his reputation as a legendary player.
Lionel Messi is a football legend who holds numerous records and accolades. He has played 26 matches in the World Cup, which is the highest number of appearances by any player. In addition, he has scored 98 goals in 172 games for his national team and 474 goals in 520 games for his former club, Barcelona.

Its production and distribution will be overseen by Sony Music’s Premium Content Division in collaboration with Leo Messi Management. However, as of now, no network or streaming service has been confirmed to be involved with the project.
