First Trailer of “Sympathy for the Devil” starring Nicolas Cage and Joel Kinnaman released
The first official trailer of “Sympathy for the Devil”, the new psychological thriller movie starring Nicolas Cage and Joel Kinnaman, has been released.
Joel Kinnaman plays David, a quiet man who goes to the Las Vegas district hospital to catch up with his wife, who is in labor. However, her night turns into a nightmare when a demonic and mysterious person (Cage) in a red suit forces her into her car.
Holding him at gunpoint, the mysterious passenger asks him to go to a restaurant. The two find themselves in a high-stakes game of cat and mouse, and it becomes clear that nothing is as it seems.
“Sympathy for the Devil” will be Nicolas Cage’s third film to be released this year, following the Western movie “The Old Way” and the horror-comedy movie “Renfield” in which he plays Count Dracula. But before that, Cage will delight fans with a surprise cameo in a major upcoming studio movie.
Kinnaman, the star of “Suicide Squad” and “The Killing,” is most recently working with John Woo on “Silent Night,” Woo’s first American feature film in two decades, a dialogue-free action movie.
Yuval Adler, who has previously signed films such as “The Operative” and “The Secrets We Keep”, sits in the director’s chair of the movie.
