The First Trailer of “Extraction 2” Starring Chris Hemsworth Has Been Released!
The first trailer for “Extraction 2,” a film directed by Sam Hargrave and featuring Chris Hemsworth in the lead role, has been released
The sequel to Extraction will see the return of Hemsworth’s character, Tyler Rake, as he embarks on another deadly mission. Titled Extraction 2, the film is set to be released worldwide on June 16, exclusively on Netflix.
Following his resurrection in the previous film, Rake is recruited as an Australian mercenary for a covert mission. His task is to rescue a family of Georgian descent who have been taken hostage and are being held captive in a prison. To complicate matters, the kidnapper is a ruthless gangster who will stop at nothing to maintain his power and control. Tyler Rake must use all his skills and experience to ensure the safe return of the hostages, even if it means risking his own life.
Chris Hemsworth and director Sam Hargrave have reunited for a film produced by AGBO, the production company of Joe and Anthony Russo. The script is written by Joe Russo and also features Adam Bessa, Olga Kurylenko, Daniel Bernhardt, Tinatin Dalakishvili, and Golshifteh Farahani reprising her role from the first film.
The second movie is a continuation of the film that was adapted from Ande Parks’ comic book “Ciudad“, which features a storyline created by Ande Parks, Joe Russo, and Anthony Russo, and artwork by Fernando León González.
