A representative for Donald Trump attempted to criticize President Joe Biden’s speaking abilities, only to encounter difficulty herself with a few words.
Karoline Leavitt, the national press secretary for the Trump campaign, remarked on Newsmax on Tuesday that the transcript in the Hur report was highly detrimental to Joe Biden.
During a recent statement, she reiterated a non-existent word. She criticized President Joe Biden’s speaking abilities, describing them as “extremely damning” and referenced Attorney General Merrick Garland as “Merricka Garland.”
The criticism stemmed from special counsel Robert Hur’s controversial report on classified documents, which characterized Biden as an elderly man with a poor memory.
Former Justice Department officials criticized Hur’s report as more of a personal attack than an explanation of the case. Critics pointed out the irony of her stumbling over words while criticizing Biden’s speech.
